Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SpeedFusion as a Service, provided by West Networks.

Service

We provide hosted bandwidth bonding, bonded static public IP addressing, and dedicated SD-WAN infrastructure hosting from West-operated facilities. Achievable throughput depends on your WAN links, hardware, and network conditions and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Service is for lawful use. Network abuse, illegal content, and uses that degrade the service for others are prohibited. "Unrestricted" refers to the absence of artificial speed and feature limits, not to exemption from law or this policy.

Billing

Plans bill monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Dedicated builds are quoted per engagement. You may cancel effective at the end of the billing period unless your agreement states otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses from upstream carrier outages.
